"If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday, hosted by
the nicest people you could wish to meet, in a setting that can
only be described as idyllic, then book this fantastic Gite (Mill
in the Firs).
Set in 6 acres of private grounds in the centre of woodland, it
includes a lake populated by fantastic bird and animal life and a
family of enchanting water voles.
It has a wonderful swimming pool with a surrounding deck and
high quality pool furniture.
Andy and Georgina also run a 4 room Bed & Breakfast facility
on the same site and the rooms need to be seen to be
believed. They will also be more than happy to provide an
evening meal of great quality and the views from the outside
dining area are magnificent.

On booking a 30% non refundable deposit secures your reservation

Balance of Holiday due 6 weeks prior to arrival

Please ensure you have holiday insurance in place as no refunds can
be given when cancelled within the 6 weeks prior to arrival

€200 cash Caution (damage deposit) payable on arrival

Electricity is included in the price. Gas and wood if used will be
charged for on departure.

Guests can be assured that the Mill will be spotless for your arrival. On
departure, we would ask that the Mill is left as you find it. If you would
prefer not to worry about the cleaning a service charge of 80€ will be
required.

Sorry but we do not accept pets.

All breakages and Damages will need to be paid for before departure.
